The Neighborhood Council is excited to announce our 3rd Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale. All Neighbors May Participate.
One Day Only – starting at 8:00 am – Your Sale – Your Property
Here’s how it works: Each participating home will host their own yard sale on their property, and we’ll handle the advertising to bring the crowds!
Here’s what we’re doing to spread the word:
- Online advertising
- Local newspaper ad (if we can get in!)
- Big signs at the main entrances to the neighborhood
- A printable map with all participating homes marked — so shoppers know exactly where to go!
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up your sale at your home
- Making your own yard sale sign (just something simple and clear so folks can spot you!)
This is a great way to declutter, make a little extra cash, and connect with neighbors.
